Pleasantly surprised by how effective this little guy is. Setup was simple (software and hardware) and it’s so quiet that even the birds we feed weren’t bothered. The tech is impressive, even for someone like me that works at an autonomous tech startup.

I just set up and did my first mowing. I am impressed with its performance. However, the package came damaged and the charging station is scratched/dented at multiple spots. I contacted customer service about it a week ago, but have not heard any response as of yet.

This is my second Mammotion machine and just like the first it's working to near perfection. My original Luba 1 is still great and I rely on it to cut a large 1 acre lot for an investment property. The new Luba 2X was exactly the mower I need and it also maintains a large 1 acre property. Both properties are located nearly 100 miles away and so I've come to depend on their reliability as I can't watch over them on the daily. I'm off to order my third for a more challenging property but I expect the excellent results will be the same.
