We are strongly committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of anyone who interacts with Mammotion Services ("Users" or “You”). We may process your information when you use Mammotion Services. This Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect though our websites, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export and delete your information. This Policy does not apply to the information processing practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services or put links in our websites. Mammotion websites are powered by Shopify. This Policy applies only to the personal information we collect and does not apply to services provided by Shopify. 1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We collect your personal information primarily to make it easier and more satisfying for you to use Mammotion Services, and the information you provide helps us achieve this goal.
Please note that if we use your personal information for other purposes not described in this Policy, or if we collect additional personal information not mentioned here, we will obtain your consent through website banners, cookie notices, on-page notifications, page prompts, emails, interactive communications, or other appropriate means. Once we have obtained your consent, such additional uses will be deemed part of this Policy, and this Policy shall also apply to such additional information. If you have any questions in this process, you may contact us through the feedback channels listed in the "How to Contact Us" section of this Policy and we will respond as soon as possible.
(a) What types of personal information do we collect
(i) Registration and login
(A) Basic information
When you register and log in to your Mammotion Services account, we will collect basic registration or login information, including:

- Email address and verification code match results if you choose to register by email;

- Mobile phone number and SMS verification code match results if you choose to register by phone number.
In some jurisdictions, you may be able to register and log in to your Mammotion Services account through a third-party account such as Facebook or Google.
We will then assist you to create your account number, username, and password
(B) Personalized information
If you choose to provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with personalized recommendations and a better service experience, such as your nickname, profile, avatar, gender, region information. If you refuse to provide this information, the basic functions of Mammotion Services will not be affected. If you choose to subscribe to our marketing communications by clicking the subscription link in your verification email, you will receive promotional contents such as product updates, special offers, newsletters, and event information. This subscription is entirely voluntary and optional - if you choose not to subscribe, your access to and use of the basic functions of Mammotion Services will not be affected.
(ii) Basic account service
Our websites are powered by Shopify. In order to identify the abnormal status of your accounts, provide basic services such as browsing and searching, process your purchases, ensure the security of transactions, and optimize the service experience for you on our websites, Shopify may collect and share with us the information about the services you use and how you use them, including:
(A) Log information
When you use Mammotion Services, Shopify will automatically collect your detailed usage information and store it as a network log, which may include but not limited to your login account number, IP address, browser type, language used, date and time of visit, web browsing history, length of stay, favorites and sharing information. Log information is not directly linked to an individual and which may not be defined as personal information according to applicable local laws. Shopify may also then share with us the analytic data explored from your log information.
(B) Device information
When you need to reset your password, we will collect your registered email address and send you a verification code. To verify your identity and complete the password reset process, we will collect and process the verification code match results.
(C) Account Recovery
If you have forgotten both your registered email address and password and need to recover or delete your account, you may contact our customer service through the feedback channel provided in the "How to Contact Us" section. To protect your account security, we may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity as the account owner before processing your account recovery or deletion request. The information collected during this process will only be used for identity verification purposes.
(iii) Website Browsing
(A) Advertising plugins
We use advertising plugins from third parties such as Google, Facebook, Criteo and Bing. You may change your preferences and private settings on those third parties’ platforms.
(B) Essential Functions
To ensure the proper functioning of our website, we may collect your information through third-party plugins and/or Shopify. The collection and processing of such information is subject to the respective privacy policies of these third parties. We recommend that you review their privacy policies to understand how they process your information.
(C) Device Information
To optimize your browsing experience and ensure website compatibility, we collect basic device information including:

(iv) Product purchase
(A) Order and payment
You can make purchases through our website marketplace powered by Shopify. To help you complete transactions smoothly, ensure transaction security, and allow you to view order information, we will collect the following information through Shopify when you place an order or complete a transaction: recipient's name, shipping address, postal code, contact phone number, payment status, order details (including goods/services purchased, order number, order time, transaction amount), transaction and consumption records, virtual property information (such as coupon codes), and credit card information (sensitive personal information).
When you use coupon codes, we may request your consent for accessing your device's clipboard to allow you to copy and paste coupon information.
For out-of-stock products, you may subscribe to back-in-stock notifications through third-party plugins. We will collect your email address to send you notifications when the products are back in stock.
To process your payment, we will share your order number, transaction amount, product purchased and other necessary information with third-party payment providers. Shopify will also send order confirmations and updates via email to your registered email address.
In case of a transaction refund, we may ask you to provide your bank account information, including card information and third-party account information (sensitive personal information) to process the refund request.
(B) Delivery
In order to facilitate the delivery of products or services to you, you shall at least provide us with the personally identifiable information of the receiver’s name, shipping address, postal code, receiver, contact number, and payment status information as prompted. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to complete relevant delivery services.
If you order goods or services for someone else through Mammotion Services, you need to provide the above information of the actual purchaser. Before providing us with such information about the actual purchaser, you need to ensure that you have obtained its authorization and consent.
(C) Contact and after-sales service
When you contact us, we may keep your communication/call records and content or the contact information and related information (sensitive personal information) you leave in order to contact you or help you resolve relevant issues, or record the solution and outcome.
In order to confirm the status of the transaction and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we will collect your transaction, payment, and logistics information related to the transaction progress through the payment institution, and logistics company selected by you based on the transaction, and share your transaction, payment, and logistics information with the relevant service providers mentioned above.
(v) Review and Comment Functions
When you use our review and comment features, we will display your username along with your content. When you upload photos or videos as part of your review or comment, we need you to grant us access to your device's camera and storage space, and collect the uploaded photo and video information you provide. Your photos and videos may contain sensitive personal information about you or others, so please be careful when you upload such content.
Please note that all reviews and comments will be screened by our backend system before publishing to ensure compliance with our content guidelines.
If the information you post contains personal information about others, you should ensure you have obtained their consent before posting.
(vi) Sharing and activity participation
When you share or receive shared information, or participate in activities, we need to access your clipboard and read the passwords and links contained in it to realize functions or services such as jumping and sharing.
(vii) Message notification
For your contact details (such as contact email and phone number) you provide during the use of Mammotion Services, we may send multiple types of notifications to one or more of them during operation, which is used for user message notification, identity verification, security verification, and user experience research.
In addition, we may also send you commercial information about services features, or activities that may be of interest to you by email. If you do not wish to accept this information, you can unsubscribe via the method provided in the email.
(viii) Provide you with customer service or other user response functions
When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (such as making in-sales and after-sales applications, personal information protection complaints or suggestions, and other customer complaints and needs), we may require you to provide the necessary personal information to match and verify user identity of you to protect your account and system security. We may also keep your contact information (the contact information that you use to contact us or other contact details that you provide), records of your communication/calls with us, your feedback in the platform response function (including text/pictures/audio/video/call records), and other necessary information related to your needs in order to contact you or assist you in solving problems, or to record the resolution and outcome of relevant issues.
(ix) Provide you with security
In order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by us and our partners, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify the violation of laws and regulations or relevant agreements of Mammotion Services, we may collect, use or integrate your account, transaction, device, and log information, as well as information shared by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law, so as to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
(x) Improve our services
We may invite you to participate in surveys about Mammotion Services to help us improve existing services or design new services. We will only collect relevant personal information with your consent in advance.
(b) How we collect and obtain your personal information
(i) Information you provide.
When you make an order, create a Mammotion account, sign up for offers, or otherwise engage with Mammotion services, we may ask for certain personal information such as your name, email address, username, and password, delivery address, billing information, and phone number.
Please note that by continuing to use Mammotion Services, you are acknowledging that Mammotion cannot guarantee the privacy of personal information you choose to post publicly on the internet, including on social media pages.
(ii) Information we obtain about you.
Information we collect, summarize, and record when you use Mammotion Services, including log, location, and device information.
(iii) Information on your activities when you talk to us
We may ask for personal information when you call us, send us an email, or provide us with comments, chat messages, and opinions through Mammotion Services.
(iv) Information we receive from third parties
You may use third-party social networks or authentication services, such as Facebook or Google, to log in to our websites. These services may share your personal information with us, like your name and contact information.
The data we receive from these third-party services is dependent upon your privacy settings with them. You should always review and, if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to our Service.
You may interact with a link to or from a third party or a social media feature. If you follow a link to any of these websites, note that your interactions with these companies are governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We recommend that you review the policies and terms of use of any third party before you submit any information to those websites
If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their services or practices.
(c) How can we use your personal information
We must have a valid reason to use your personal information, and it's called the "lawful basis for processing". Most times we might ask your permission and consent to do things. Other times, when you reasonably expect us to use your personal information, we do not ask your permission, but only when:
(i) the law says it's fine to use it, and
(ii) it fits with the data or privacy rights you have.
According to relevant laws and regulations, your authorization and consent are usually not required to collect your information in the following circumstances:
(i) It is related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
(ii) It is directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interest;
(iii) It is directly related to legitimate interests, provided that it isn’t outweighed by negative effects to your rights and freedoms;
(iv) It is to safeguard the significant legitimate rights and interests of life and property of yours and other individuals, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(v) The personal information collected is disclosed by you to the public;
(vi) The personal information is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports and public government information;
(vii) It is necessary for the signing and performance of contracts following your requirements;
(viii) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. How Long Will We Retain Your Personal Information
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities, we will only retain your information for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically, we retain personal information we collect for different periods depending on what it is, how we use it. Details are as follows:
(a) Some personal information is deleted or anonymized automatically after a set period, such as advertising data.
(b) Some personal information we retain for longer periods when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as security, fraud and abuse prevention, or financial record-keeping.
(c) If we terminate Mammotion Services or operations, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information, notify you in advance based on relevant laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize your personal information after the termination of the services or operations, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities.
When you delete personal information, we will manage to make sure that your personal information is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.
3. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We take personal information security very seriously and shall take reasonable and practicable measures to protect your information.
(a) Technical measures for data security.
We will adopt security protection measures in line with industry standards, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent your information from being accessed, used, and modified without authorization, so as to avoid data damage or loss.
(b) Access control measures
We only allow employees and partners who need to know your personal information to access it, and we have set up access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require all persons who may have access to your information to comply with appropriate confidentiality obligations. If they fail to fulfil these obligations, they may be subject to legal responsibility or be suspended from the partnership with Mammotion Services.
(c) Security tips for you
When communicating with a third party or purchasing goods and receiving services through Mammotion Services, you may disclose your information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. It is worth noting that the Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and due to the limitations of technology and risk prevention, even if we have tried to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of information. Please understand that the system and communication network used by you to access Mammotion Services may encounter problems due to circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend that you use complex passwords, properly keep your account number, password, and other identity elements, take care to protect your personal information security, and only provide it to others when necessary. When you use the services, we will identify you through your account number, password, and other identity elements. Once you disclose the above information, you may suffer losses and it may be detrimental to you. If you find that your account number, password, and/or other identity elements may be or have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can timely take appropriate measures to avoid or reduce losses.
4. When We Share Your Personal Information
Mammotion may share your personal information with third parties. It includes:
(a) When we use third-party services to support Mammotion Services
For instance, we may access third-party services or other similar applications (such as embedded code, Application Programming Interface (“API”) and plug-ins) to improve customer service and user experience for the purposes stated in this Policy. We try to ensure that your personal information is processed as if we were handling it directly. We promise to carefully select these third parties and only share with them what they need to provide the service.
Currently, the third-party services we access mainly include the following types:
(i) For advertising-related services through third-party plugins (such as Google and Facebook), including advertising display, advertising statistics and monitoring. You may choose to reject these plugins, in which case we will not collect your information for advertising purposes;
(ii) For customer engagement and support services, including notification functions (such as back-in-stock alerts), review systems, and communication tools;
(iii) For payment-related services, including payment processing, order management, shipping and delivery services, inventory management, and product synchronization;
(iv) For third-party authorization services, including third-party account login, these services may collect information about you (including your log information);
(v) For account security and website reinforcement-related services, including network monitoring, domain name resolution, performance optimization, anti-hijacking and anti-fraud;
(vi) For compliance and data management, including cookie consent management.
Your use of third-party services (including any information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the third party's terms of service and information protection statement (not this Policy), which you are required to read carefully. This Policy applies only to the personal information we collect and does not apply to services provided by any third party or to their rules for the use of information. If you become aware of risks associated with these third-party services, you are advised to terminate the operations to protect your legitimate interests and to contact us promptly.
(b) When we share personal information with our affiliated companies
Our affiliated companies may access your personal information under the terms included in the Policy.
(c) When we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we'll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
(d) Where there are legal reasons
We may share your personal information if we have to by law, or when we need to protect you or other people from harm.
(e) When we have anonymized your personal information and you cannot be identified

When you have disclosed the information such as on social media pages or public forums, we may share your personal information on reasonable grounds.
5. How we Protect Personal Information of Children
We do not create content and services for anyone under 16 ("Children"), and we do not intentionally collect or maintain information from children. If you become aware that personal information about children has been provided to us, please immediately contact us so that we can delete the personal information from our records.
6. How to Manage Your Personal Information
You are in control of your personal information, and you have the following right to manage your personal information.
(a) Access, update
We encourage you to update and modify your information to make it more accurate and effective.
You can access and update your personal information through [Account].
(b) Delete
If you would like to submit a request for us to delete your information, you may do so through the feedback channel.
We also provide the function of canceling a registered account. You can contact us through the feedback channel to cancel your account, provided that it meets the conditions stipulated in the service agreement and applicable national laws and regulations.
After the cancellation of your Mammotion service account, we will stop providing you with Mammotion Services and delete your personal information or anonymize it as per your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
When you modify or delete your personal information, we follow a process to make sure that your personal information is safely and completely modified or deleted from our system or retained only in anonymized form. We try to ensure that our services protect personal information from accidental or malicious modification or deletion. Because of this, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, when you modify or delete your personal information, we may not immediately modify or delete the corresponding information from the backup system but shall modify or delete the information when the backup is updated.
(c) Disclosure and sharing
It is up to you to share or make your personal information related to Mammotion Services public.
As long as you do not delete the information that you have made public or shared, it may remain in the public domain. Even if you delete the shared information, it may still be cached, copied, or stored independently by other users or third parties not under our control, or kept in the public domain by other users or such third parties. We will not be responsible if you disclose or share information through the above channels and result in the leakage of your information. Therefore, we remind you and ask that you carefully consider whether you will disclose or share your information through these channels.
(d) Changing the scope of your authorization and consent
You can always choose whether to disclose information. After you withdraw your authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services for which you have withdrawn your authorization, and we will no longer process your information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization shall not affect the processing of information based on your previous authorization.
(e) Obtaining copies of personal information
If you need a copy of your personal information, you can contact us through the feedback channel. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in Mammotion Services, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
(f) Managing personalized advertising cookies and other tracking
You may be able to avoid the collection of information through some cookies or other tracking technologies by actively managing the settings on your browser or mobile device. Please refer to "How We Use Cookies or Similar Technologies" below to learn about disabling or blocking cookies and similar tracking technologies.
(g) Response to your request
In response to your request, you may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity for security purposes. We may ask you to verify your identity before we process your request. For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but we shall charge a cost as appropriate for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject unreasonably repeated requests that require excessive technical means (e.g., require the development of new systems or fundamentally change current practices), pose a risk to others' legitimate interests, or are very impractical (e.g., involve information stored on backup tapes). We will not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
(i) It is related to our performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;
(ii) It is directly related to national and defense security;
(iii) It is directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interest;
(iv) It is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement;
(v) We have sufficient evidence to show that you exhibit subjective maliciousness or abuse of rights;
(vi) It is to safeguard the significant legitimate rights and interests of life and property of yours and other individuals, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(vii) Responding to your request will seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations; or
(viii) It involves trade secrets.
(h) Jurisdictional rights you have
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to additional rights in relation to your personal information. You may refer to the appendices below to learn about the following jurisdictional rights:
(i) for residents of California;
(ii) for individuals in the European economic area, UK or Switzerland.
7. How We Use Cookies or Similar Technologies
Shopify and third-party partners may collect, use, store and share with us your information through Cookies or similar technologies for the following purposes:
(a) Remember your identity
For example: Cookies or similar technologies help identifying you as our registered user or save your preferences or other information about you that you provide to us.
(b) Analyze your use of our services
For example: Cookies or similar technologies help understanding what activities you have performed using Mammotion Services, or which services are the most popular.
Shopify and third-party partners use analytics cookies to collect information about how visitors use our websites. These cookies collect information such as how often you use the websites, the events that occur within the websites, aggregated usage, performance data, and where crashes occur within the websites.
You shall be able to control if and how Cookies are accepted by your browser. Please check the files that come with your browser for more relevant information.
8. How your personal information is transferred globally
Mammotion operates globally. As such, the personal data we collect may be processed or accessed in countries or regions where you use our products or services, or other countries or regions where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, or business partners are located. These countries/regions may have different data protection laws. In such circumstances, Mammotion takes measures to ensure that data is processed as required by this Policy and applicable laws.
We process and back up information through a global operation and control infrastructure. Currently, we have data centers in the United States, Germany and Singapore. For the purposes of this Policy, your information may be transferred to these data centers according to applicable laws. In addition, our employees based in one jurisdiction may have access to your personal information stored in another jurisdiction.
To the extent that we may need to transfer your personal information outside of your jurisdiction, whether to our affiliated companies or third-party service providers, we shall do so in accordance with the applicable laws. We will ensure that all transfers will be carried out in accordance with requirements under your applicable local data protection laws.
If we share personal information originating from you in the European Economic Area (EEA) to a Mammotion Group entity or a third-party service provider outside the EEA, we will do so on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses or any other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
9. Notices and Amendments
In order to provide you with better services, we may modify the terms of this Policy from time to time in accordance with updates to Mammotion Services and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and post any changes to this Policy on this page. Such modifications shall form part of this Policy. For significant changes, we will also provide a more prominent notice (including website announcements, push notifications, and pop-up alerts). Significant changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:
(a) Significant changes to our service model; such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, and the use of personal information;
(b) Significant changes to our ownership structure; such as changes in owners caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy, and mergers and acquisitions;
(c) Significant changes to the main objects of personal information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure;
(d) Significant changes to your right to participate in the processing of personal information and how you exercise it;
(e) Significant changes to the responsible departments, contact details, and complaint channels for handling personal information security; and
(f) Other situations that are crucial or may seriously affect your rights and interests. We put your satisfaction at the center of any changes we make. You are encouraged to review this Policy every time you use Mammotion Services.

We will protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you have complaints and reports regarding cybersecurity, or if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Policy and your information, and questions about the privacy practices of Mammotion Services, please feel free to contact us by sending an email to privacy@mammotion.com. In general, we will readdress your questions, comments, or suggestions in a timely manner of receipt and verification of your user identity.
If you are not satisfied with our process, you can file a complaint or report to the government department that governs personal information protection. You can find out more information about your rights by contacting your local data protection regulator.
Appendix 1: Rights for residents of California
This Appendix is a supplement notice of the Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information is processed by us under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), or other California privacy laws described below.
Disclosure of personal information
We allow certain third-party advertising partners to collect information about the users of Mammotion Services to serve more relevant ads, for ad campaign measurement and analytics, and fraud detection and reporting. All cookies that are not strictly necessary (including third-party cookies) require prior, opt-in consent from California consumers, are loaded per the consumer's instructions and preferences, and do not involve "sales" of personal information.
How can you manage your personal information?
As a California resident, you may be able to exercise the following rights:
(i) the right to know any or all of the following information relating to your personal information we have collected and disclosed in the last 12 months, upon verification of your identity:

Appendix 2: Rights for individuals in the European economic area, UK or Switzerland
This Appendix is a supplement notice of the Policy and applies to certain persons in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom("UK"), or Switzerland whose personal information is processed by us under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
