Points can only be earned and used on the Mammotion Store. Log in to your account to earn points through shopping and participating in activities.

1. Shopping points are awarded after your order is completed. Make sure you're logged in before placing your order.

2. Points for activities (like logging in, registering, following us on social media, or leaving reviews) are credited automatically after completing the task. You can check your balance on the Reward Program Page.

3. Birthday rewards will be credited on the day of your birthday. If your birthday is within 30 days from the set date, the reward may be delayed for up to 30 days. Anniversary rewards will be credited on the anniversary of your account registration.

To earn points, you need log into your account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

Points do not include shipping fees, taxes (including federal, state, or local taxes), discounts, credits, gift cards, coupons, or price adjustments (like product price differences).

Mammotion points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited. Points earned before our official launch will expire 365 days after being awarded. Points earned after launch will expire 365 days from unlocking. Expired points will be deducted from your account.

Your Mammotion Points will be deducted from your account based on the original transaction, including any applicable reward points. For more details, please refer to the Reward Program Terms.

Once points are redeemed for a discount or product, the reward is granted and cannot be canceled or re-applied to your Mammotion Rewards account.

No. We do not allow account merging, point combining, or point usage across different country stores.

Log in to your account and visit the Rewards Program page. Under "Points History" you can view your redemption history.
