Warranty Statement
At Mammotion, we want to ensure we provide great service to our customers. For this purpose, we have prepared a Warranty Statement to inform you of our procedures and how we intend to handle warranty requests. Please note that the following statement applies only to individual customers.
To ensure a smooth process for warranty support, please keep your purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant paperwork for your Mammotion product as proof of purchase for future service inquiries. This will help us provide fast and efficient service in case of a warranty claim. Please note that only purchase receipts issued by Mammotion or distributors authorized by Mammotion are valid for warranty. All refunds, returns, and replacements will only be processed after the original products have been received and inspected at our local warehouse.
Original Product Packaging
The original packaging provides the best product protection, and improper packaging may void the warranty and be subject to charges. Mammotion will cover the cost of return shipping caused by our product quality during the warranty period, but you will be responsible for the returned product's packaging and any damage occurring in transit caused by improper packaging. So we highly recommend that you keep the original packaging box and packing materials of the product in case you need to return it for warranty service.
Return and Refund Policy:
Cancellation
For in-stock products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Mammotion’s instruction regarding specific pre-order products on the Mammotion Store.
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, no fees will be charged.
If the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not been shipped out, please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (3.8% for credit card users, 3.49% for PayPal users).
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. You have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days without providing reasons after delivery of the product, subject to the return conditions set out below.
Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components and accessories.
- Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (3.8% for credit card users, 3.49% for PayPal users).
Return Process:
Please kindly contact our customer service team at sales-na@mammotion.com or using the contact channels provided on the Mammotion Store to apply for return. Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package.
Shipping fees:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the products received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
Refunds (if applicable)
After you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales-na@mammotion.com.
Replacement Policy
We are happy to provide you with replacement service in any of the following circumstances that occur:
- Within 30 calendar daysof receiving the product, if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit, provided always that the proof of damage issued by the carrier can be provided to Mammotion.
- Within 30 calendar daysof receiving the product, if you receive the wrong product.
- Within30 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product suffers critical failure or manufacturing defects.
Please note that the warranty period for the replacement under this section starts from the date of receipt of the original product by the customer. To ensure that the products you request replacement service are delivered in good condition, please note that all replaced products must be in the original packaging. Improper packing may void warranty and be subject to charge.
If you have requested an exchange, related fees and costs must be paid and received by Mammotion before new items are shipped.
Please note that once we have agreed to a replacement, customers are required to ship the product back within 14 calendar days as instructed. Failure to do so will be deemed as a waiver of your right to the replacement.
Mammotion will not provide replacement service in any of the following circumstances:
- The request for a replacement is submitted 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
- Mammotion identifies, through evaluation and testing, that the defect(s) or functional problems are caused by user error.
- The product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by Mammotion. If you request the non-defective products be shipped back to you, the shipping cost is supported by you.
- The original proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided, or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Proof of damage during the transit issued by the carrier can not be provided, but it has not been rejected upon receipt, or no certificate confirming the damage has been issued by the logistics company. All shipping damages need to be reported within 7 calendar daysafter the package(s) is delivered.
- Products that are damaged due to force majeure including fire, floods, lightning strikes, traffic accidents, etc.
Conditions for Warranty Repair Service:
- Warranty Repair Service can be requested under specific conditions.
- Users are instructed to contact MAMMOTION or an authorized MAMMOTION dealer for detailed information.
How to Obtain a Warranty Service
- For any assistance with the product, please contact us with more details information through here.
- For products ordered from a local dealer, please contact the dealer first.
- Users are required to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number(for MAMMOTION Direct Sales). Additionally, the Serial Number of the product is essential for initiating warranty service.
- MAMMOTION will attempt to resolve issues through phone calls, email, or online chat.
- MAMMOTION may direct you to download or install particular software updates.
- You may be required to deliver the product to MAMMOTION for further examination or to local MAMMOTION’s appointed service centers if issues persist.
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Misuse or non-compliance with the user manual.
- The product is found damaged in transit, but it is not rejected on delivery, or no certificate confirming damages is issued by the logistics company. Proof of damage during the transit cannot be provided.
- The failure is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, food or liquid spills, incorrect electrical charge, or other external causes.
- The damage is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Mammotion.
- The product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Mammotion.
- Loss, damage, or disclosure of your data.
- Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
- A legal proof of purchase from Mammotion, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
Warranty Period:
- The warranty period varies for different products and parts.
- Users are advised to check the information below to determine the specific duration of the warranty for their product or parts.
- For a product, the warranty period starts on the original date of purchase mentioned on the sales receipt or invoice.
- Pre-order products initiate the warranty period from the shipping date from the local warehouse.

Product and Part Replacement:
- Replaced items become MAMMOTION's property.
- Only unaltered products and parts qualify.
- Replacements are functionally equivalent and covered for the remaining original warranty period.
- Replacement products or parts provided by MAMMOTION may not be new, but they will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty.
User Responsibilities for Service:
- Users need to arrange product shipments themselves for diagnosis at the local service center or MAMMOTION factory.
User's Rights:
- This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights.
- Additional rights may exist under applicable laws or a written agreement with MAMMOTION.
- Statutory rights remain unaffected by this Limited Warranty.
Important Information:
- MAMMOTION will repair or replace products falling under the Limited Warranty at no cost.
- If the issue is not covered, MAMMOTION or a designated service center may charge a fee accordingly.
- MAMMOTION reserves the right to revise and update the Limited Warranty.
- Updates may not be individually notified, please refer to the official website.
