I have had my new Luba 2 AWD H for about a month now. We have a complex multi-level yard with some steeper parts a bunch of no-go zones around tree wells. I have mapped everything and their is a learning curve as with everything tech oriented but the more we run it the robot seems to get better and I guess we do too with his settings. I definitely recommend customizing the angle of the zig zag to move perpendicular to the slope of the yard. When he cuts parallel he seems to slide downhill a bit. We are still playing with the best cutting height and frequency. We have had some issues with it pausing and not restarting and it isnt always clear what the issue is. May need to set the obstacle avoidance to standard instead of sensitive. That may be why he sometimes stops at the bottom of a ramp I built for it to move from one task area to the next.
Overall this is an impressive machine and I'm looking forward to having more time to make adjustments and tweek his settings.
Most importantly the customer service has been responsive to questions and I'm sure I will have more as I learn and figure this out!

I just bought this as my first robo lawn mower and it was a quick setup! There aren't paper instructions in the box, so be mindful of that - but great videos about how to set it up and the app guides you. It's a very sleek and easy to maneuver machine for a newbie like me!

I got my new Luba setup and mapped 6 areas on my somewhat complex lawn. My main reason for getting it was the steep slopes. I got the 5000H series and the total mapped area shows 0.6 acres on my Luba app (I had estimated a higher number). I'm happy so far and am continuing to learn. A few bullet points of random observations...good and "meh":
- the cut isn't as clean as I was hoping, especially for longer grass. I'm hoping this will improve as I mow more frequently and won't have to encounter taller grass
- the Luba will struggle a bit in lo0se soil on an incline. This is not unexpected.
- the app is way too optimistic on estimating the time required once you start a task. The Luba engineers should look at this and make reasonable adjustments.
- The app is fairly straightforward and intuitive to use. There's a couple of areas where it is slightly confusing. It also seems like I should be able to create an overall Task that is comprised of different individual Tasks.
- My RTK setup is on the corner eve of an outside pavilion. It is only about 10 ft (?) off the ground. However, so far, it seems to work well and the satellite counts are over 20.
- My recharge station is slightly under a pavilion and I "carved out" a little park area in a slatted wall. I also built a small awning for it.
I am still learning, but wanted to provide some initial feedback for others considering Luba. I read a bunch of reviews and watched Youtube videos before deciding to take the plunge. At this point, I think I will be happy I did.
