1. Introduction to 4G Service

Mammotion 4G Service is a new network connection method provided by Mammotion for lawn-mowing robot products. Using the 4G Service can help you set timed operations, start/stop/end operations, battery power query, progress query, operation map query, anti-theft function (location query), FPV yard monitoring, etc.

7. Return and Refund

7.1 4G Module Return and Refund

For 4G modules purchased separately for YUKA MINI US/CA/AU versions, users can return them for a hassle-free refund within 30 days of purchase.

7.2 4G Service Return and Refund

For purchased 4G Service, users can enjoy hassle-free returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Mammotion will refund appropriately based on actual usage.

8. Repair

8.1 4G Module

For the 4G module purchased separately for the YUKA MINI US/CA/AU version, it enjoys a 1-year warranty. If a failure occurs during the warranty period, users can send back the 4G module for repair alone without sending back the machine.

8.2 Build-in 4G Module (SIM Card)

For LUBA 2 AWD X series, YUKA 2025 series, LUBA mini series, the built-in 4G module (SIM card) is part of the device and has the same 3-year warranty as the device. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, users need to send in the device for repair.

9. Notice

· The 4G Service is not mandatory. Users can also choose to use Antenna Over Datalink mode for precise positioning.
· Currently, users are not supported to change and use their own SIM cards.
· The 4G service includes 60 minutes of FPV yard monitoring each month. For an unlimited experience, we recommend using Wi-Fi.
