LUBA 2 AWD Pre-order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the placement of pre-orders ("Pre-Order") with Mammotion Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited ("Mammotion" or "The Company"). Please read these terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order for the LUBA Series Robot Lawn Mower ("Products"). By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS AND CAMPAIGN INTRODUCTION

This LUBA Series PRE-ORDER (“Campaign”) is organized by Mammotion and is only available on the official Mammotion website. This Campaign, with gifts valued up to 280 CAD, will run from January 8, 2024 (PST) until Early of April, 2024 (PST) (“Campaign Period”). The Campaign is available for the countries, including Germany, Austria, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, excluding remote areas or islands (The specific delivery area is subject to the checkout page). More countries will be available in February 2024. Mammotion reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at any time with notice on the official website.

SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

You will be required to provide certain information for your order, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provided is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT

To secure your place in the delivery queue, you will need to pay the full order amount.

Methods of payment accepted are Paypal, credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging your provided payment method at such time.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING

The moment your device arrives at the local warehouse, we will send out your order and provide you with an email with a tracking number once available. Generally, you will receive the package about 7 business days since the package is sent out.

The products will be shipped in the order in which your payment is received by the Company.

Orders over $139: Free shipping

Orders less than $139: $9.99

* We do not ship to remote areas or islands, neither a P.O. Box nor APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Mammotion does not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the provided address information is incorrect or entered inaccurately at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for the product withdrawal fee resulting from inaccurate address information. An order confirmation email will be sent after purchase, and you can also update your shipping information before your order is shipped by sending an email to support@mammotion.com.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION

We accept pre-order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

Canceled within 24 hours after purchase: no fees will be charged.
Canceled after 24 hours and the order has not been shipped out: please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (3.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).

We cannot cancel the pre-order if the product is already shipped out.

SECTION 6 - REFUND (if applicable)

If your pre-order has not been sent out and is eligible to be refunded, we will issue the refund within 5 business days after approval.

If your pre-order has been delivered but also eligible to be refunded, after you have returned the product to our warehouse and provided us the shipping information, we will issue the refund within 5 business days after approval.

You will be notified by email when your pre-order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@mammotion.com.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Return Conditions
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components.

Return Process
Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.

Return Shipping fees
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Mammotion reserves the right to disqualify customer that does not comply with the Terms herein. If customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, Mammotion reserves the right to cancel the eligibility with notice.

SECTION 8 - ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the Company, including in respect of any software included in the Products or intellectual property embodied in the Products or data collected by the Products. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to Mammotion's After-Sales Policy.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

To participate in this Campaign, the Customer also consents to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage and such other processing of the personal data provided, including name, contact details, address, device details, purchase information by Mammotion for the purposes relating to the Campaign pursuant to all applicable personal data protection laws in Canada. Mammotion will use and process the personal data provided for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign. For more information on how Mammotion protects personal data and how you can exercise your rights to access, correct and limit the personal data provided herein, please visit and read Mammotion's Privacy Policy. If you object to the processing of personal data for the purposes stated herein, you cannot participate in this Campaign.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER

Mammotion shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the customer in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this campaign.The customer agrees to discharge and release Mammotion from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or to the customer’s entry in the campaign.

SECTION 11- CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Mammotion reserves all the rights at all times to modify or amend the Pre-Order Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice to any party.
